Motivation Monday : Fitness Challenge

I love challenges because of the rewarding feeling that accompanies being able to complete them.

For this morning and this week am challenging myself to TAKE ADVANTAGE of my gym membership by attending some classes.


Monday: Tabata

Wednesday: A Yoga class and a Bare & Tone class

Thursday: Zumba....because who doesn't like to dance?

Saturday: Pilates & Barre

Sunday: Group Cycle
